Ball screw installation:
1, nsert the ball screw nut into the nut holder and hold it temporarily. ( place the nut in the middle of the ball screw shaft )
2, Temporarily fix the support unit of the fixed side and support side to the base.
3, After the moving table and the fixed side support unit, the support unit shall be tightened to the base.
4, After fixing, move the table to the end of the stroke near the fixed side, and hold the table and nut support to each other.
5, Fasten the nut and nut support.
6, Loosen the bolts of the fourth cloth and fasten the table and nut support. Push the work table to the fixed support unit to adjust its center position so that the workbench can be moved smoothly. For the precision workbench, the silk rod shaft should be adjusted to the parallel position with the LM guide rail.
7, After fixing, confirm the operating status of the workbench and move the table to support.
8, After moving the table to the support side support unit, tighten the mounting bolts of the support unit.
9, After fixing, move the table near the end of the trip near the support side, and then fasten the table and nut support once again.
10, Move the workbench to the fixed side and move around to confirm the running state. Back and forth movement many times the workbench can be adjusted to the full range of the smooth operation of the state.
